At Flylow Gear, we stand behind our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your technical apparel. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print the packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unworn items with original tags attached and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
